Purim starts Wednesday night. One of the traditions is hamentaschen, a cookie. A key ingredients jams, jellies, and preserves. My wife and daughter went a little nuts picking out flavors.

This year, I made about 96 (eight dozen). All the flavors did present a challenge: there are a few where I’m not 100% sure what flavor they are.

Regardless, they are all yummy!

I missed making them this year, again! But it’s not too late. I tend to celebrate holidays at least two months after they actually occurred and I am determined to make hamentaschen this year. There must be a good, easy vegan recipe out there somewhere.
